Registration / compliance (typical)
- CIPC company registration documents
- Valid B-BBEE affidavit or certificate (EME/QSE as applicable)
- Tax compliance status / tax clearance
- Motivation letter
- Proof of business address
- Industry certifications/permits (if required for your sector)

HR
- Certified ID copies for directors / members / partners / shareholders
- CVs of directors and key employees

Financial
- Latest annual financial statements (reviewed by an accredited accountant)
- Current year-to-date management accounts
- Bank statements: current year-to-date (minimum 6 months)

Contracts
- Existing contracts / off-take agreements / letters of intent

Other
- Any other documents relevant to your funding application
